These are ACTUAL PICUTRES some Realtor's have used.  Some Realtors don't know backlighting, include their cars, DON'T EVEN get OUT OF THEIR CAR, miss framing the whole home, or those that think it's good for Fido the family dog to be in the picture! Our camera, digital video equipment, light-stands, and use of high end software like Adobe Photoshop for possible editing needs PREVENT bad pictures!
